Not related to driver error?
The huge gas tank barely welded to the cage directly above the engine stress cracks and breaks off on one side, lighting the whole back half of the vehicle on fire in the process.
I am mildly confused by the size of the tank. That's enough fuel for a full Mad Max filming session....
I think sometimes that some folks' method of risk analysis is basically "anything which has not actually already killed me dead must be safe."
It's a strange combination of enough imagination to stick things in funny places and weld them there, but not enough imagination to wonder what will happen after that...

It was the only extra air tank he had. What, you think he went shopping for that?
It is a shifter cart, 6 speed being a Katana 600 engine, handle on left side is probably the clutch. It looks like it at least has front brakes as well, so it may actually stop, eventually. One glaring bad thing is that engine is going to run hot, needs either a fan or ducting of air to it. Also, it needs a airbox/aircleaner setup so it won't run lean, open carbs is a bad idea. With some work it could be a fun cart, or awesome deathtrap.
