No, those are Enkei or ARE; possibly even prime.
Look like Enkeis, I have a set of those.
I'm counting 28 bolts and see a center spindle so Enkei (ARE is the same).
I have raced a set of ARE's for over 20 years after about 4 years of street use. Strong light wheels.
