Weren't all U.S. 5th gen Civic Si's hatchbacks?
It may be an EX, which has the same engine (thanks Wikipedia).
Price is on par with what I'm seeing for that era Civic with "mods".

Not an actual Si, because chrispy is right - they were all hatchbacks. However, that era's Si was mechanically the same as the EX and shared the same D16Z6 vtec motor, 4-wheel disc brakes, etc.
