If I did not have a stack of Challenge cars littering my yard I'd be on my way to get this 1998 Neon ACR (and digging out our old nitrous kit). I think he says he bought it new.

Looks like a great deal! Although no recent pics.
Seems odd that he'd scrap it rather than sell it for less than he thinks it's "worth." Particularly when asking $1000. Looks like an interesting car and story...
