NMNA, Price doesn't seem too bad since it has a pan and engine. I would want to find a more conventional dune buggy body to put on it.

The Mini T can look pretty cool if done up correctly. I would love to find one after I finish my Manx-Copy Berrien Nostalgia

Sure, if you put those women in anything with a COE in the background it will look pretty cool.

Masback Hardware Company occupied the building from 1935 until 1979, when the Company moved to New Jersey. Masback went out of business in 1996. Kind of dates the photo.
Funny, I never even noticed the women or COE. I did notice the tires on the Berry Mini T.
And I am not sure how the date of the photo matters. Are wide tires suddenly unavailable?
Since someone else already drug us down this road, 330 Hudson St is now the home Cadillac House where you can see new Caddys, sit and mooch wifi, and see rotating exhibits. They are usually art or fashion related but around new year when I stopped in they had tracks set up to build and race little 4wd cars with rollers on the corners. Unfortunately whenever I stopped in they were out of the ones with the Caddy LMP bodied ones and only had generic Tamiya ones.
For some reason I don't believe the photo was taken there but that the truck is making a delivery somewhere closer to Motion Performance in Baldwin.
I would love to pick up the Mini T. Anything that cheap here has no title or engine or much of its bodywork.

I’ve been working in Lower Manhattan for about 10 years now and the changes from when I was a kid are incredible.
