That's a different bolt pattern than the NC/Duratec. That said, it shares the same pattern as the old Zetec/2.0 Pinto. So, with some careful shopping, it should be rwdoable.
I thought it was the Sigma bellhousing pattern?
Edit- it looks like in UK engine nomencalture, Sigma or Zetec-SE is the very typical Zetec pattern with the starter above the crank and Zetec-E is the below crank version.
1st gen MR2. Would be an absolute wiring nightmare getting around the connections the ecu sees to chassis systems.
