My fan clutch has seized up which is doing a fine job of keeping engine temps down in the 90+F heat but the hot belt smell reminds me I gotta fix this asap. If you've got one laying around let me know how much you want for it. If you're in the SE Michigan area even better.

You just need the clutch, right? The fan is difficult to find, but I thought the clutches were all interchangeable with 1st and second gen RX7s.

In other words, if you can find a 2nd gen clutch, I believe it should work for you.

Yes, just the clutch. Blade is fine. I found this on an RX7club post

2014 RX7Club post said: A mechanic/tech at an independent Mazda shop said that the FC fan clutch will work on the FB but it requires a slight modification. He said something about the diameter of the pilot hole being smaller in the FC fan clutch. Is this true?

No one replied though. Opening that hole seems like a pita if you care about concentricity at all.

I'm certain I have both SA, and FB fans if there is a difference which I doubt it. Let me know if the other posters don't come through. I probably have 3-4 fans. I don't throw anything away with these cars, and I've had several.
