Looking for Halo Race seat for Crapcan racing, XL in size as I am 6'2" 230lbs.
I don't have a halo seat, but I have a 17" Kirkey Intermediate Road Race seat that I was about to list in the classifieds. I'll grab a picture if you're interested.
You would fit in it no problem. I'm 6'1" 225. This seat will fit in a Miata.

Rumor is that crapcan is going to require the Halo seats, I rather play it safe and get a Halo seat. Thanks for sending the info though.

Ahh...I was not aware of that. Are there bolt-on Halo conversions for non-Halo aluminum seats?
It's too bad that you didn't post this a day earlier. I was at a swap meet yesterday and a guy had a ratty Butler Built Halo seat. It was pretty expensive though. Had I known, I could have at least gotten his contact info for you.

If they are going to require hans style devices, the seat is the other part of that. It is funny thought that people think of $500 cars racing, with $1000 seats in them. Safe yes, but a serious add on cost.
