Why did you do this to me?
Because it's just way too close for comfort, I'm going to be thinking about going to get it all day long.

Wow! The 310 horsepower big block From the 1980’s and 90’s ? Is it a running driving car or one they haven’t figured everything out yet?
Realize that even with a big block you’re going to be shoving around 4200 pounds ( plus safety equipment) with a three speed automatic and a 2:88-1 final drive. That’s 13&1/2 pounds per horsepower. Not exactly thrilling power to weight ratio.
Oh, and look at how narrow those little 15 inch tires are. I suppose you can hack open the fenders and put some fat meats on it. But the wider the car the further it has to drive around the cones.
well, you could always get this one with the snarling 263 HP v12...

Im sure that you can make big power with the jag v12 (which I really want to do at some point), but you can make big BBC power too.

The same car with European specs makes 284 hp 294 TQ. Or you can use a couple of T2 Turbo’s and make 493 hp 512 TQ
still has 2:88-1 a 3 speed automatic and 4200 pounds.
On the other hand the group 44 XJS making 450 hp and weighing only 2700 pounds. Walkinshaw made similar power using stock fuel injection and exhaust manifolds. In addition using the stock suspension and stock fenders he was able to fit 17X12 wheels and tires.
