Ford 5.0 Mustang MSPNP

And it won't be the last, either.

This MSPNP fits '86-'93 5.0 Mustangs and '86-'88 5.0 Thunderbirds. It contains several improvements over our older package that included a MS2 with a wiring harness adapter. Some of the upgrades from the harness version include:

4 bar MAP sensor standard

Onboard barometric pressure sensor

Peak and hold injector drivers - lets you run low impedance injectors with the stock wiring harness

Knock sensor input and headphone jack for listening to knock sensor

Boost control output standard

2 step rev limiter

And more!

How about 2.3T?

Oh nevermind, I should have read further.

2.3Ts are in the pipeline! If you've got a 2.3 Turbo project we can borrow, email websales@diyautotune.com - this unit could handle it with a few minor jumper changes, but we'd like to test it out and develop a base map.

Just curious, is a 4.6 4v in the future? (96-98 cobra specifically)

It's planned, but we think the 4.6s will be better served by an MS3 to get more inputs and outputs.

If it's an automatic, that would be a problem. A manual transmission would need somewhat different jumpers to make the peak and hold drivers work correctly, but we can set one up by special order.

insurmountable?

Manual, no. Automatics, we'd need a test vehicle and probably a number of pre-orders, and it would be significantly more expensive.
