Now I discover that none of my bottles of model paint are any good, so I order some from Tower Hobbies. The frame and longblock are finished to the point that I need to paint them before going further. I've built a couple of these, years ago. My eyes were better then so we will see how it goes. I still have one more unbuilt kit, but it's the blue GS IIRC.

I have one of these kits un started on my shelf. Not gonna start it yet, too many already part built.
Looks like a high quality kit.
Probably 20-25 years old. They don't make models like this anymore.
We saw a 1:1 one at Amelia Island this year.
I was going to go totally insane with jealousy, but now that I realize it isn't full size I'll probably just walk around and mutter to myself for a little while! Enjoy the build! 
Yes! More model cars! Everyone's doing it now :D
Maybe we can keep at least a few industries afloat during this crisis. (Modeling, paint, and glue companies, I mean.)
