For some reason that I can't explain I have wanted to build a Ford Falcon. I finished my FFR 818 project last summer and decided I needed to start another build. Low and behold my step son found a 64 Falcon with good bones and I had to have it. the original plan was a LS swap but decided on 3.5L V6 Ecoboost after finding that Ford offers a create engine, engine harness and ECU. Ended up finding a engine from a 2016 F150 with 11,000 miles and a TKO 600 transmission with a 100 miles.
The TCI/Ridetech coil over front suspension and 4 link rear suspension has arrived so the time has come to pull the car into the shop.

Sounds like a great list of ingredients! Please take lots of pics to share while you bake this cake!
I was under the impression that the V6 was almost as wide as the Coyote and would be tough to stuff into a lot of cars.
Be sure to be as detailed as you can with the electronics side of things. A lot of us are interested in these motors.

We are gonna need pictures
Which engine is currently in the car?
Over here there are lots of 221" falcon sedans, here are a few videos that may inspire your build

Yeah, what MazD said. We have a 2015 vehicle with a 2.0 ecoboost in it and I've been very happy with it so far. It makes me VERY curious about the 3.5 for future projects.

The widest point(s) on the 3.5 Ecoboost are the turbos which is 2 inches narrower than the Coyote, (Which is wide at the cam covers) the engine its self is much smaller/narrower. I am creating a lot of room by removing the shock towers and replacing the steering box with a rack and TCI IFS. Ford Performance Parts sells a plug and play engine harness and ECU for a manual transmission for the V6 EcoBoost.

Thanks for the videos LOL. The car currently has a 200CI I6 and C4 Auto. It originally had a 170 I6 and 3 on the tree.
Once I figure out how to post pictures I get some up.
In reply to 64BoostedFalcon:
There's no facility for uploading images here; you have to put them somewhere like smugmug, or imageshack, or flickr, and then you can stick links here (use the camera icon above the smilies, or just type in an image tag).
Looking forward to seeing more!
I approve and eagerly await updates!
I love old Falcons and just had a training on ecoboost technology yesterday. That "has my gears turning."
Sounds awesome! One of my projects is a 62 falcon. It's extremely mild compared to your plan.
I'll just leave this here.
I once owned a 63 Falcon with a 144 inline 6 with the Ford-o-matic 2 speed. It was slow but a fun cruiser. I always liked the 64 body style way better than my 63. Looking forward to the build and pictures!
In for this. I've got a 1960 falcon project still in the day dreaming phase.

A Falcon was on the short-list for what became the Molvo project. Once again, the time-stamped yet timeless styling suckers me in.
You seem to have the experience and all the right ingredients for a nice ride. Looking forward to how it unfolds.

Daniel,
Very nice 62, great inspiration. Are you running 15X7? I am a ways from wheels but leaning towards rear mini tubs with either 15 or 17X9.5 and 265 or 275 rears and 15 or 17X8 on the front with 235's. This thing will be a driver and thinking an old school look with painted steel wheels, chrome moon hub caps and chrome beauty rings https://www.uswheel.com/products/pntrdysmoothie. The 64 and up cars have a little more tire room, I would love the hear what you have done to your car.
