When I got the truck back it was dirty. I cleaned up the interior and gave the outside a quick bath.

My cousin replaced the clutch  master cylinder about six months ago... when it went out this this time, he tried rigging the m/c, line, and slave cylinder from his parts truck on it, but it was a 93? And a 5 speed, and he couldn't get it to work.

I pulled that crap off, returned the defective m/c back to autozone, bought a new slave cylinder and reinstalled the original line (which was only about 6 years old.)

I went to bleed the system and found out the new m/c from autozone was bad, so I had to return it, again....

Got it all back together and bleed out... man, for an ugly old work truck this thing drives good.

Glad for the update, thanks.

This thing gets passed around in the family like some people's pets.

My 88 Silverado is a similar situation.

Original owner left it to his grandson. Grandson's father is a friend of mine for over 30 years. He's more family to me than my brother is.

He gave it to me when his son didn't need it anymore.

So I did a thing... upgraded the grill for a 95+ grill, left the 4 eyes...
