I'm enjoying being back in a pickup. Given the giant size of modern trucks it has almost as much total interior storage space as the ZJ had , plus the bed. Right now I'm parking it outside because the old trihull boat is less weather resistant, but it will fit in the shop. The attached garage not so much. Probably looking at a bigger boat down the road at which point the truck will park in the shop. I'll have to figure out a different ham radio antenna, that's the only part too tall for the entrance.
I just heard from Nick that Snoball made the drive to Detroit with no issues at all, landing at about 230 AM local. The last 3 hours were in a snow storm running in 2WD because we removed the unbalanced front driveshaft for the trip.
It sure makes me happy to know it's treating the new owner well.
