So, I spun out on 75 south and bought Ohio Trans dept a couple of metal posts; got a Ford that won't respond to the ignition switch and can't find out if an airbag deployment broke the power to the ignition switch and can't get much info about that.
Is there any Ford electronics guru who can offer a few tips?
I don't know about the T-Birds, but the older 90s-2000s Tauruses and a few other fords of that era had a roll-over switch in the trunk that was supposd to act like a dead-mans-switch for a lot of the systems. In the case of an accident, you often had to reset that. I can't remember where exactly it was, but I think it was on the drivers side under the fabric?

It varies per model from what i remember. Definitely in the owner's manual, though.

Thanks guys, still searching the owner's manual. Got the door de-skinned to smooth out ripples, but trying to get it to respond to get it to the glassman for a windshield; just a frustrating no-go so far.

Is that an OBD2 car? Probably?
You could try the FORScan diagnostic tool. See if anything pops up there.
