Im also suprised they fit. If i remember correctly, the factory c4 seats were almost miata in their narrowness.

C4 seats are narrow. At the same time a Tiburon is a small car.

Also, I think I gained some space by removing the center console.

It's tight, but I think using the factory c4 tracks with these thin bottom Tiburon seats might just work.

For me the key thing was finding some 'sporty seats' that had removable tracks and a seat frame that was flat on the bottom.

I'll post some pics of the final set up.

Oddly enough he mentioned something about a discount if I had any 911 parts to trade? 

Im not sure what he meant by that...

Can you post some more details on the seats? Particularly the rails....

He's handling some health issues with his aging father.  Saw him about a week ago and delivered a pickup bed of C4 parts. Just curious what he's got bolted on.

It was really nice to logon here and see my little corner of the GRM family being concerned and checking in.

Things have been rough with the family issues, but these things happen, and race cars get mothballed.

How ever I can see that I should keep checking in, instead of just dropping off.. sorry about that.

I am planning to be at the challenge, sans car, so I'll be looking for a crowd to bum around with...

I hear via Steve that there are some GRM'ers that might be looking for some help with a special project... If so, let me know, PM me , ask Steve for my email, what ever... I'm up for it.

This year is really shaping up to be more of a party/GTG than most. I’ll volunteer my services as designated-driver if someone will lend me their keys.
