So, as some of you probably saw, I went to Alabama last week to pick up a CNC plasma from Dynatorch. I figured this is something that you guys might be interested in so I will chronicle my journey here. We successfully unloaded the GIANT box yesterday by driving the trailer out from underneath it. That was a tad nerve racking. Anyway, it will be a couple of weeks before I can break into the box and get setup.

So it's basically a laser death robot. Sounds AWESOME

I got one that can do a 4x8 sheet so yeah. The difference between that and the 4x4 was minimal and I had the space.

Sure, as long as it is a conductive metal right on the table. No close calls for Bond on this doom table
Also, if anyone needs something cut and me a sketch. I am learning the software and will be doing extra cheap work while I am getting everything dialed in.
What are the specs on the machine?
Definitely following...
It is an 85 amp torch which will cut up to 1" under duress but 1/2" easily. This is steel, stainless, and aluminum. Not sure of the minimum cut width but it is pretty tight.
You went to Dynatorch and didn't come back with an awesome VW pickup?
