Did someone cut the top of the Jeep’s roof to make it removable?
gREAT EYES DID not see that till you mentioned it , yes they chopped the top .

IIRC, the Comanche was a quasi-unibody truck, certainly doesn't have a traditional frame. Wonder how much it flexes without a top.
as bawllld up as that LS is, Id be surprised if there were a single part of that drivetrain that was useable...which is a shame. I have evil AWD RB26 swap dreams at night that center around a Lincoln LS playing the victim
