It was running out of fuel I think. Carb related I assume. Didn't even crack to the cover to check anything, decided it was becoming a nightmare trying to pull start and handle throttle and gears. Electric starter is a must from here on out.
The forum pics are weird from a mobile upload, I'll fix that tomorrow.
Fuel can also be the pump and the bulb. I think they are easy to rebuild, but I've never messed with one.
Depends on what it was doing in the test tank and if you ran ethanol free fuel or not.

New pump installed last October, but worth looking at. Pretty sure it's got ethanol in it.
