I guess you can say I started on my challenge vehicle last night since I had more than 5 minutes to myself and the SWMBO is out of town with her friends at No Mercy 7 drag race.
First up is the victim. It's a red 91 Ranger I got from Slefain. It's busted, beat up, but completely rust free. It also has been sitting in my yard since I got it last year.

It may seem like the "easy' button, but it's far, far, far from it. I've already done this once before. That being said, I have a few buildings full of parts from over the years, now to put them all to use. 
First step I did was to find the proper oil pan and pickup. The explorer oil pan only fits the A-arm versions and even then doesn't fit for E36 M3. I have the old motor from my 89 Mustang GT just sitting on a storage stand with the proper oil pan on it. Bad news on that is it's been sitting out under the carport for about 5 years without anything covering it. So, I dragged out everything and removed it and I really shouldn't have but this is a no $ challenge build anyway.
