I'm selling my 2004 Mazda 3s hatchback. Manual 5 speed, 2.3 liter engine with about 185,000 miles. Black leather interior, power sunroof, 6-disk CD player. The HVAC and gauge cluster LEDs were changed to blue. Interior is in good shape- no tears/rips on the seats or headliner. This also has the factory HID headlights. Windows are tinted fairly dark from a previous owner as well.

This was my commuter for work for a number of years. Runs great- no issues and gets 35 mpg constantly. A used transmission was installed by the previous owner at around 115k and a clutch was done at the same time. All-season tires are good as well.

A previous owner also installed a full Tein Super Street suspension- front coilovers and rear springs with adjustable spring seats. The rear shocks were replaced a few months ago along with new upper strut mounts. It also has larger front and rear sway bars, mazdaspeed rear upper control arms, and mazdaspeed front strut bar. There is an AEM cold air intake on the engine as well. The car had aftermarket exhaust on it but I took that off and put stock back on at 120k miles- I'm too old for a car that's loud. The car handles great- it's basically a big go-kart. The ride is stiff but not too bad. There is also a short throw shifter on the car- feels great.

There is the typical mazda rear wheel well rust on it as is common on all of these cars. There are two spots of rust on the doors too- I started to take care of the one but the car has to go now. The wheels also are showing the usual mazda clear coat flaking. The front bumper also has a little paint flaking off due to a hunk of tire flying around on the highway. A few small dents/dings.

I'm not a body guy so I didn't do much with the rust but the car always has had oil changes- I have records back to 120k miles when I got it. I've replaced the normal wear and tear- brakes, wheel bearings, calipers, ect as soon as it needed it.

Overall the car runs great- I would drive it anywhere. The rust is the only real cosmetic issue.

Asking $4000 obo- car has to go I already got something else.

Is it an aftermarket sunroof? There would probably be a sticker in the glovebox or something if it was.
