Someone actually put vortec heads and all that requires, on a old 265? Maybe, but my guess he doesn't know what that marketing word means, in this case.
Although, I like the bore and stroke numbers better than the 267 or the 305!

Dont believe GM used the Apache name on them? Friend had a 63, with windows, GM called it a suburban. Although that name was not used by the public till later. (Iirc)
