If they're Chevrolet drum brakes, then yes.  I wonder what the suspension is, it mentions 1950 Ford frame but clearly there's something between that and the Chevrolet brakes.

There's two ways to look at this car. Some would say it's an overpriced kit car. I would counter that it is a cheap alternative to a C1 Corvette. Build quality doesn't look too bad compared to most incompletely finished kit cars. I owned an original 1957 Corvette for decades. Trust me, the build quality of fiberglass 1950's GM cars wasn't that hot either. Most people have only seen restored early Corvettes, and don't realize how sketchy early fiberglass bodies were.

I've never seen an original 50's Corvette up close, but having seen plenty of 60's/70's ones, the build quality even then wasn't terribly impressive.  I agree, this kit car doesn't look too shabbily put together.  It obviously needs paint and some mechanical sorting.  Looking on it as a cheap alternative to a C1 assumes that one wants the experience of a C1 without any of the cache; I would argue that generally the reverse would be true.  In such a case, there's not much of a value proposition here.  The styling isn't bad though- there's definitely influences from both the Corvette and Jaguar E-type, and the mashup isn't wholly unsatisfying.  Taken as the sum of it's parts, I see $7500 to $10,000 as a more realistic price for this, but who knows, somebody else might be really smitten by this rare, under-the-radar specimen.
