If I could get my MR2 sold (listed here) this would be in my warehouse. No room at present and I wouldn’t let this sit outside for anything. I love it!

Why not "sit outside for anything?" -- i'm asking because I have no idea how to keep a car nice. Would something this old be prone to rotting away outside or something?
Looks like primer to me which doesn’t protect from weather that well. Mouldings can hold water around the window openings. There is already rust in quarters and unless addressed, it will continue to spread. I’m in Florida where heat and humidity really take a toll on older cars.
