I mean the pics are hard to tell but if that has nice exterior and nice interior it is worth every penny. Fixing the fuel system and carbs should be no big deal and you'd have an exquisite cruiser.

Would it be a build thread if I have very little mechanical skills? Plan to clean it thoroughly, try to get it running and go from there.

As long as it has lots of pictures of a cool Jaguar, you could just do a build thread of taking it to the local car wash. The process of "try to get it running" will be interesting enough.
