I hate to rain on everyone's parade, but having owned several C3 Corvettes, I wouldn't get too excited until I saw some pictures of the frame kick-ups in front of the rear wheels, and pictures of the lower birdcage by removing the driver and passenger kick panels...

It’s both, kinda: VW pan, Corvair engine, Corvette-ish body. 

I’m also surprised that it only got $25,300.
