No space for a driveshaft so FWD. So Lancia it is.
They had a narrow angle V4 with front wheel drive. Very cool cars with some rally history.

Let's add an elephant to that HF!

$750 seems a bit steep for a parts car with no title or drivetrain, I guess the suspension could be usefull.

With good ones starting at $20k that price for a parts car seems reasonable.
The lack of drivetrain seems like a bigger challenge than the title, though I can't say I've been searching for Fulvia drivetrains lately... I think I'm in a state where lost titles are far from the end of the world which may have something to do with it.
In reply to EvanB :
Didnt know lancia's were that much, they are fun cars.
Since it's front engine/front wheel drive, what engines could be put into it? Best I can think would be a Subaru transaxle with some kind of motorcycle engine off the front.
Fulvia wheelbase is only about 2.7 inches longer than an NB Miata..........just sayin'...
In reply to GIRTHQUAKE :
That combination sounds at least a foot too long for the engine bay.
A Honda ST1300 engine would probably be nice, mounted transversely, but good luck getting all of that together. Maybe searching for a real Lancia drivetrain makes the most sense?
