"Spyder" was the name of the turbocharged first-gen Corvair Monza, from 1962 thru 1964.
so when they needed a "performance" package for that Vega Monza thing in the 70s, I guess Spyder made sense.

And that performance package basically added HP from stickers. You can see the spider above on the front of the hood.
Does anybody know anything about that dealer? I've seen interesting stuff there on eBay for years.
