In the summer, I ended up buying a 1991 Miata off my neighbor that he had sitting around.  It needed some attention to be brought back to life, and over the next few months I did the following.

koni adjustable shocks

racing beat springs

st adjustable swaybars and endlinks

used wheels with bfg rivals

new rotors and HP+ pads

double din cd/dvd/bluetooth unit

New top

clutch slave cylinder

flyin miata hood prop

plugs/wires/valve cover gaskets

and I had a shop do the timing belt, water pump, and fan switch.

I had been driving it around with my kids, and planned to do a roll bar, and fix the rockers over the winter.  A few weeks ago when the announcement was made that the s197 would be the club spec car, it changed everything for my plans for '24, and I went out and bought one.  The miata is a great driver.  I am so confident, I would drive it anywhere right now.  It comes with the stock daisy wheels on old all seasons.

Really?  Warrenville?

I was looking at cheap Miata's then gave up and bought a 240Z from Batavia. At least the engine is IN your car.

Dang it.
