Does the tach read correctly after the swap?

This sweet car hasn't sold yet? What is the matter here? 

The seller has decided to list it locally at a higher price. I was looking at it fairly seriously and that's the explanation I received when following-up after some radio silence. 

I still have the mr2.  I have been pretty firm on the new price of $7700.00. I really don't feel like selling such a nice car for a loss.

I have come to find out that the motor was rebuilt when it was swapped in.  The car has a spec clutch and a fidanza flywheel.  The car has new brakes and KYB shocks.  It has eibach sportline springs.
