Typing from phone, so I can't be lengthy:

Runs nice, drives nice. Original paint is better than most. No body rust (from AL). Never hit. Never modded. Perfect foundation for a build because nothing has to be undone. Or a great one to restore to OEM perfection. Has typical 240SX issues with interior...Cracked dash, and distressed drivers seat and ugly steering wheel. (HUD works.) Needs tires, alignment, struts, and motor mounts to drive 100% perfect, but is enjoyable as is.

5-speed

Will take $4000 from a GRM member if anyone is interested.

Sorry I have not captured the cracked dash in a photograph yet.

It seems impossible to find a decent replacement stock steering wheel with the cruise buttons in it. I have tried. It seems like the best thing to do would be to replace the wheel with a non-cruise wheel, and re-mount the buttons elsewhere in the car.

I believe the 240SX system works the same as the one in other nissans, so it's pretty simple to solder something up with pushbuttons from an electronics store.

Nissan seems to have had problems with dashes and steering wheels around this time. The dash on my truck is really cracked and I am on my second steering wheel, although the second one was a salvage yard replacement.

I think you can still get interior parts for these from Nissan, even though they are 25 years old (though they are expensive).

In reply to JamesMcD:

It's very difficult for my truck. Nissan threw in the towel on many parts long ago. Interior trim is pretty much gone. I did find a dash once, but the price was insane. Also seems like nothing for my blue interior is available. I did find a website for somebody that appeared to buy all of Nissan parts, but they only have bits and bobs left.
