Nobody is going to buy a car with no pics or location.

A little sleuthing, pictures and he's in Oklahoma.
is it a 1.6L or 1.8L?
nvm, see that it is the DOHC 1.8L BP motor. This could be a solid starting point for someone, I'd be interested in learning more about the coilover setup, amount of travel, spring rates etc.

All BG Proteges were 1.8s in the US. Some were SOHC and some were DOHC.
Bugeye sighting. You think they daily that Protege?
it's a cage away from Mazda contingency money in stage rally. Jeff should pick this up for the BP, differential and spares and toss the B6 from his 323 into it.
A Mazdaspeed3 diff works in a Protege?
It does if you swap in the kia sephia axles (spline count)
Mazdaspeed diff for this car is not the same as Mazdaspeed3 diff.

You're not willing to trade for my mr2, I take it?
Am I the only one thinking this might be a great car for getting around Africa.
I don't need another BG, but would love a good number of the parts off of this, making it FAR too tempting.
I recommend listing it on FEOA and Clubprotege it'll sell quickly (and I'll regret having shared that info)

I missed this. While a good idea in theory, I'm in touch with a guy in Ottawa about a MX-3 that has the KLZE already in and running. Other than sourcing an LSD, it's just a matter of transferring the parts over after that. Have you got it on SpecialStage?
Just gave it some Facebook love.
Good luck with the sale.

I'm in NW AR, now i'm getting tempted...
Let me show this to my son, we'd like to go in halves on one. Looks awesome!
I'm glad to see that this car will finally be getting a home and back on course
Hi Wiz!
Have any under hood pics? Under carriage pics are good too if you have them on hand. Just a little more than the couple there. Oh, and are the graphics removable?
Thanks!
