Bad things:

• some rust just starting at the back of the rear wheel arches and near the jacking points

Where is the car? NNJ Northern New Jersey? How's the maintenance? When was the timing belt last changed?

The car is in West Milford NJ. The maintenance is good, I have records all the way back to the original purchase. The timing belt has never been changed because these motors have timing chains instead.
