Mod Edit: SOLD
Driven by my wife. 340k +-. It Runs well and drives well. It's not new but in decent condition considering it's 24 years old and has been around the world a few times. It has a few scuffs and dings but is a good 20-footer.
The 4WD works as it should. The tires are Falken Wildpeak ATs with 30-40% tread remaining. We seldom used the 4WD but it is nice to have on occasion. The tires are on later-model wheels which makes the vehicle look newer than it is.
Zero rust. This has been a southern vehicle all its life.
The rear suspension is a little tired. It could probably use a set of springs and shocks. I think it originally had air shocks on it. It had standard shocks when I bought it and I replaced them with the same. The springs have always felt a little weak. I didn't use it for hauling or towing enough to worry about it.
I rebuilt the AC 2 summers ago. New compressor, receiver/dryer, all new seals and orings, new TV valve for the rear AC, new condenser. It works very well.
The engine and trans have worked flawlessly the entire time I've owned it. I have done nothing beyond maintenance.
The alternator was also replaced 2 years ago.
Edit to add. Window regulators. The front driver's side was just replaced. The passenger side needs to be replaced as well. It comes with the passenger front regulator but you will need to install it. The rears are both broken. I do not have the parts for them.
The driver's seat is torn up like they all are. I have a new bottom cover and cushion that come with the car. I never got around to installing it. The passenger seat is also torn. I do not have a cover for it.
It has been very dependable for us. I wouldn't be scared to drive it to the other side of the continent. She wanted something a little smaller since all the kids are grown and gone.
I have it listed locally for $2800, from you guys, I'll take $2000 or interesting trades. Bang sticks, 4 wheelers, golf carts, who knows, Let me know what you have.
My son took these with his potato. I'll try to remember to get some better pictures tomorrow.
