Its my favorite type of enabling! Enabler's Roullette!
No pics, so who knows what the condition is in. It could be a crapbox, it could be a barnfind!

This classic runs great. New tires, clutch, AC compressor, and front & rear brakes all in last 10,000 miles. Needs new roof and driver window regulator.
It would have to be one hunk of crap to not be worth 2K in today's goofy market.
A 2000 year car may meet a legalistic definition of classic car, but it ain't.
good car, maybe. Cool car, maybe. Classic Car... um, no.

Depends largely on the state. Here in TX, it must be 25 years old to be a classic.
In reply to calteg :
In some, classic is 20, and antique is 25. But not really my point, at all. A 2000 appliance car will not be a "Classic Car" in tx, or any other state, by 2025 - no mater the legal definition on the books!
Right, like I don't believe "classic rock" is a moving target either. There are a lot of genres in which Guns N Roses fits, but once you've called Styx "classic rock" you can't go slapping that label on 80s Metallica, too

Great comparison! Good choice of examples, too.
There are some of us who still consider G-bodys late model cars.

That would be me. I was telling someone about my sister's new Mustang, and realized that it's 16 years ago now.
