There now ya know. I own 3 acres of pine trees in East Texas. I grew up Tex Mex in San Antonio. I lived in San Angelo and Pecos in West Texas, and I went to college in Lubbock up on the plains. TX really is like 5 or 6 different states in one. I absolutely avoid Houston at all costs unless I'm on a trip to Galveston to eat redfish and shrimp.
I like the Tex/Mex state. I've been to San Antonio once and going back in December for a few days
