Totally mine, totally affiliated. It is a very sad day that I have to list this. My back just cannot deal with the clutch anymore. In the 16 years that I have owned this, I put 50,471 miles on it. You do the math, this truck was lightly used. If any GRMr's are seriously interested, please let me know. We can discuss.

As the owner of a Super Duty with a stick, it's my duty to support the sale of this one.
A manual 7.3 dually? That's the holy grail for a lot of folks.
very nice truck by the way!
Where's konaboss? I feel like this would be right up his alley.

I'm here lol. Definitely a sweet tow rig for sure, but I recently bought a '14 F150 so the tow rig slot is filled for the time being. Plus I swore to myself that I would never go back to diesel after my 6.0L adventures.

Konaboss, the 6.0 doesn't count as a diesel. The 7.3 is a dream motor compared the that.

Remember, not all folks had the same problems from the 6.0. My two 7.3's along the way, cost me a lot more than the current 6.0. I'm sure my old 7.3's are still running, and the 6.0 may cost me a fortune, tomorrow, but so far, quite happy. And I know many others that have had good success with them, as well. But the reputation (though well earned) is not always the reality.

What issues did you have with your 7.3?
Both the 95, and the 96 had problems with fuel system, one had hpop problems, and one had a glow plug pop out of the head. One truck had 114K miles on it when I started driving it, the other had 140K. I know plenty of 7.3's with over 300k still running, but they neglect to mention how much gets spent to get them there!
Don't get me wrong... I'm not down on 7.3's. But not all 6.0's are junk, like romours would like folks to believe.

While I totally appreciate your history and opinions on the Ford 7.3, I'm trying to sell my truck here. It has had a bulletproof 7.3 that has only required standard maintenance.
Sorry. I allowed a comment to bait me. And then answered a straightforward question.
A 7.3, mt, with that low of miles is a very rare sight these days. That is one good looking, clean truck, and as I said, not being down on a 7.3 at all!

Welcome to a public forum on the internet, GLWS.

True, but I also feel I took it to far, and the op was polite in pointing that out, and I made a sincere apology. I would not like someone taking a sale ad I started that far off, either.

Sorry, my comment was out of line. I've been super stressed out lately and l just have too much going on. This is a public forum and I love it because of that. I just need to get through the next two weeks and have a few things fall into place. I'm tired of the universe fighting me right now (which is totally self imposed, btw).

Ah, well now I feel like a real jerk, I know you'll sell it quick. My favorite truck I've ever owned (and currently own) is a 6-speed 7.3, the truck I just sold was a 7.3 with 300k hard miles and it pulls like a freight train still, whoever gets this will drive it for the rest of their lives if they care to take care of it. I was just wanting to know what went wrong with Panthers trucks for my own internal store of potential issues, sorry for derailing the thread.
I really hope your day/week/month improves, sorry for adding to the stress.

Hey, I was on your side!
If that's as bad as you get when your having a bad time, we ALL need to take lessions!
As I said, I don't think you were wrong at all, and polite as well. If you had been rude, I would have reacted badly, cause I have problems there, but would have kept it to myself, cause I think as OP, you can not want folks taking it where I did.
But either way, we're all good, and best of thoughts for things to come together for ya.
