I just don't use my enclosed trailer as much as I used to, time to find it a new home.  8.5' x 22', I ordered this brand new, spec'd it for planning on using it a long time.  Insulated walls & ceiling, A/C, rear roof vent, 4 110v outlets, 50 amp hook-up, extended tongue, dual spare tire storage in floor, bogey wheels in rear, brakes on both axles, twin 110v flourescent light fixtures, originally 4 round 12v dome lights, I replaced the two in the front with LED fixtures, and put LED bulbs in rear.  It has rear jacks as well, but those have been bent and messed up, so not functrioning.  Vinyl floor, but torn in couple of places.  I had both axles replaced two years ago, a buddy borrowed it, lost a wheel, ruined the axle, shop recommended I do both axles, so new brakes as well at that time.  I've only used it 3 times since then, less than 1500 miles total.  Paint is faded, needs a few screws replaced here and there, some general TLC, the plastic cover for the A/C is broken in the back, it's dirty, one of the rubber caps came off of the bearing cap and splattered grease all over one of the wheels, 2 of the 4 LED fixtures I put in are not working, not sure if it's wiring issue or not.  4 good radial tires, spare was lost when my buddy lost the wheel.  I will include an adjustable load leveling hitch and a Yamaha EF3000iSEB generator that I used with it.  The generator was unused for a while, battery for electric start is dead, runs on starter fluid, I bought a new carb to fix it, but then had a commode break at my house and I've been sidetracked dealing with that.  Just unloaded the furniture I had stored in it during repairs, and ready to get it out of the yard.  $6,500, not really looking for trades, but I do need a good engine for a 944 for the Champcar.

Trailer noob here...how much do you think it weighs with everything right now? Do you think I could safely tow this with a 1500 truck?

I towed it for 5 years with a 1500 chevy, an '01 extended cab long bed with a 5.3, bone stock.  With a Miata, E30 or FC RX-7 generally in the trailer, I had built a wooden work bench in the front with tools, a spare set of wheels, scooter, jack, EZ-up, etc., it towed.....ok.  You had to plan your passes on the interstate, because that 5.3 with 285 HP was not going to be accelerating  very much.  If you have a problem with patience, you may not want to try it.  If someone wasn't passing you and got you boxed in behind someone slow going up a hill, you might feel like Fred Flintstone trying to pedal up a steep hill.  Stopping was great with brakes on both axles.  Additional caveat, I just towed it behind my '21 GLS 450, bone stock, with only 1000 lbs or so of furniture in it, and it was fine.  I've got more patience now than I did then, and the additional gears in the transmission helped as well.  So depending on what kind of 1500 you have with what options, you can do it.  I'm going to guess the weight at 3,000 lbs, I figure that should be pretty close.

Here's a thought.  If you are close enough that you want to test it out, we can put my Champcar Miata in it, let you to it around some of the hills and flats around me and see what you think.  Figure that's the closest you'll come to a real world test drive and learning if it works for you.  What year/make 1500 do you have?

The truck shouldn't be an issue. The hitch class and making sure you have a trailer brake setup, is. I comfortably haul 13k with my 03 f250. So I have to believe that 8 to 9k should be doable for you, with the proper setup. Maybe do a rear spring upgrade to increase tongue capacity?

Thanks!  I put a lot of thought into it and asked other people's input before I ordered it.  It's nice to have the A/C for the hot days at the track when you need a place to cool off, comfortable and quiet enough to put a cot in (when I was younger lol), and with the load leveling hitch, tongue weight was never an issue.  You can pull a Miata or 944 far enough back in there that it's very well balanced when towing.

You certainly have mods I need to do to my 24. A bit of jealousy on my part.

Am I priced wrong?  Figured with the WDH & generator I was priced pretty fairly, especially with all of the upgrades.  I would consider a partial trade for a good open car trailer, if you're looking to change from open to enclosed and don't need the open anymore.
