That's a very nice car. 

E46 touring

Saw a silver one tonight while driving around enjoying egg nog milkshakes and looking at Christmas lights. I said to the Mrs who normally hates wagons, "man that's nice looking, isn't it!?" She agreed. Then added "any car that's not sitting in our yard not running looks FABULOUS to me!" Very funny. 
But yes, nice looking car, and very rare to see a color other than silver

I've owned 2 different e46 wagons, along with several other e46 models, and loved them all. Nirvana would be an e46 wagon with an S54 and 6-speed!

That example looks to be in great shape. I wish I was in the market!
