How is the running condition? Engine? Trans? What finishing work does it need?

The video has it starting and running. Engine, trans, electronics, etc are like brand new (well, 58k miles new anyways - very fresh)- the radiator which has a leak, but that's just an age thing, it's got plastic endtanks.
The "finishing" work is the cage isn't fully welded in a few places, but it's all easy places (no blind spots), seat mounted, mods to whatever class or not class one is looking to do.
Could be a cool car or a miata v8 swap in a can.
