I wish it made sense to keep this one, but it has some issues and doesn't get enough use.  I used it as a DD for a few years when I was hauling kids around, then my daughter drove it for a couple of years (HS/college).  It's been replaced by a '97 F150 because the xB isn't much of a tow vehicle.  Here's the scoop:

2005 Scion xB, black, 165K miles. Has served our family well for 6+ years. Regular maintenance. New tires at 144K, new front brakes at 147K, belts at 148K, catalytic converter back at 150K. Check engine light is on, likely an exhaust evaporator issue. Air conditioning not cooling as it should. $2500 OBO.

The Good:

reliable

good gas mileage (30mpg all the time under my heavy foot but hey, it's only got 108hp)

huge interior space for it's size

The Bad:

CEL is on (an evaporative emissions code)

AC is weak

has a list of could/should/would fix items (leaking brake caliper, shocks, noisy exhaust, etc.) but nothing critical
