sold.
I feel like I bought it pretty decent; it's definitely a good driver. I'm in it about $6,300 (plus the Feal suspension I've not installed) but 6 seems a fair figure to roughly break even.
The past couple months have seen me buy an additional work truck and now two Miatas. I have three parking spaces allocated to me up at my warehouse. I've filled all of them and am taking up additional room with my enclosed trailer. At home my garage is full of the Corvette and motorcycles. I'm currently parking the diesel at Home Depot with a FOR SALE sign on it and have the NC alternately parked at my warehouse or on the curb, as the driveway is additionally full of the NB, my Jeep, and my wife's Mazda 6.
Oh, and I have a couple motorcycles in the backyard shop too. This is getting silly.
Still available. I just drove this to work; it's a really fun little car, but I need to recover some of the funds and definitely parking space.
My retirement "job" is going to buy deals like this. Fly over, drive it through the Rocky mountains for a couple of weeks, play around with it for a few months more, then sell at a profit. I can't wait to begin!

My wife has suggested I keep my trailer and do the same type of thing as a side job too.

I'm doing something similar now as part of my retirement. It's fun, but not super profitable. I do it more for the thrill of the chase and enjoying the car. Anyone want a Volvo V70R???
I've been a bit lazy about this, in no small part because I actually really enjoy driving this car. I know, slow car fast" and all that, but it really is fun to be able to rev to 5k around town and not be committing a criminal offense (looking at you, Z06).
Would it help if I posted more photos?
More photos. This is definitely not a perfect car but, again, at this price point that's not the objective! I don't have this car listed anywhere else because I kind of don't want to sell it. If I do have to sell it I'd rather it go to one of y'all. Hell, come pick it up and if you want the Feal suspension we can even use my workshop to install it.
Here's the deal.
$5,900.
I leave for the Baltics on the 22nd of January and will be bouncing between Estonia and Finland until the 2nd.
Once I get back I do think I ought to free up the capital (to sink into my other projects) and parking space. At that point I'll put it on the Craiglists and Offersup and Facebooks Marketsplaces for a bit more.
Surely someone here wants this, yeah? Again, plenty on it is not perfect but it's so damn fun to drive. Did I mention that it does have the LSD? And for $800 you can also take the Feal suspension?

I wish y'all would stay out of my fantasies. Problem here is the wife isn't on board AT ALL.

We will get you ready for Craigslist:
Is this still available?
Will you take $3,000? I have cash.
My ad on Craigslist will have a caveat:
"Price is firm. Will not take payments. If you do not read these and email me anyway I will submit your email address to the 'I would like to learn more about...' boxes for third-party political candidates."
It's a bit of a pipedream since I'm pretty far away (Vermont) but I've got a buddy looking for a rust free diesel truck and I'm looking for a Miata. What's the truck? I'll ping him and see if he's interested in a long road trip.
