Bought this on a whim yesterday via buddy's mom who works for local non-profit. A donor, the original owner, donated it and I "saved" it from a crappy dealer trade-in deal thinking I'd upgrade the wife's ride (currently a VW TDI Sportwagen...figured similar vintage, similar styling, but nicer and faster).
Wife told me "thanks but no thanks". So trying to get back out of it.
Appears to be fully loaded, looks good, overall very clean/straight, have clean CarFax. They had service records, but I have yet to receive from non-profit (and may not ever). 119,xxx miles.
$12,500, located in VA. Would consider trade for a sorted track/"partially prepped" track car (ideal candidate would be an E46 330).
Updates now that's it's home, insured and driven to dinner once:
- Now a 3 owner car (original owner -> non-profit -> me) in span of two days.
- Does NOT have whatever package that added adaptive cruise and a few other "driver assistance" type features. Does have blind spot monitoring and a lot of parking sensors. I think if it had adaptive cruise, might could have sold the wife.
- Has evidence of two parking lot encounters...one front corner, one opposite rear corner. Both seem like they'd "buff out" but didn't notice them in my hasty once over before purchase (probably because it was raining.)
- Seems to run and ride like it should. Got a low tire light on the way to dinner last night. Haven't investigated that. Tires are 2019/2020 date code Pilot Sport A/S 3+ with plenty of tread.
- Wife decidedly does not want it, so I'm open to offers. After tax, title and tags plus adding to insurance, this isn't going to be a winning proposition for me, and my lesson was learned on making unilateral car decisions for the wife. MAKE OFFER.
This is the same motor as my S4 and is literally a tune away from a 100+ HP gain. Prestige is the top trim and you do appear to have every option except the adaptive cruise. This should be an easy sale at your price, that's a great car.

Told her last night that if we kept it for any length of time it was getting intake/exhaust/tune. Let's call that plan a split vote between the two occupants in the car.
I have an e46 330 coupe with a 5 speed but in its current state I'd probably owe you another 9500 bucks or so

Haha, so not quite "sorted"?
Sold for $10,500. Reluctantly.
