Trying to get this sold for a friend who is having some health troubles. 2016 Spark, 1.4L, 5-speed, LS base, Apple Car play. $5000. Located in Slippery Rock, PA. You can email Mary at marydaviswrites@icloud.com
Important to note: Mary doesn't drive due to some health concerns, so you will have to get to her to view and buy the car. They are hoping to sell it in the next couple weeks max.
Copy and paste from the seller:
I wish it was closer that 8 1/2 hours away, but not impossible. I'll share the post it with my son
Not trying to sway anyone away from the car but rather hoping someone is going in fully informed...
As has been common with manual trans cars of late, they are usually super stripped models. One glaring omission is they typically do not come with cruise control. On a 2017 Spark, the cruise controls are on the steering wheel.

I would think people looking at Sparks would know that.
LS - No air, no cruise, or power windows/locks but they do have the touch screen stereo, with only front speakers, rear camera and hill assist. Steel wheels. Some have fog lamps, most do not.
LT - Same as above but they have air, cruise, power windows, locks, 6 speaker stereo, touch screen, and aluminum wheels. Most have fog lamps, but not all
2LT - (formerly known as LTZ) All the above plus heated leather seats, chrome trim, fancier aluminum wheels, and numerous nanny systems like lane departure, forward collision, and parking sensors. Not all have fog lamps

Interesting...
No cruise isn't a big a deal, but no A/C gets uncomfortable.

In reply to No Time :
I'm the other way around, I use cruise every day.
Already thinking I'll have to put some sort of aftermarket cruise on when I buy a base model for the lighter weight
Gee, I didn't know there was a No AC version. Is it possible that is just a Great White North, Canuck-version thing?

Air conditioning is standard in the USA
Any idea if this is typical, all the wiring is there just plug in the nicer features, or you really can't upgrade easily?

Interesting. Might explain some of the price difference.
They were a lot cheaper here, like almost half the price

This is how it was on the first gen Sonic, it may have needed a flash. Don't quite remember
I would if I had the moneys and room for an 8th car
Maybe share or post it on the B-Spec Facebook page? Seems like a good candidate stripped down. The sonic I believe have the most powerful engine of the group.

Not at all specific to a Spark, but my experience with stripped down Chevy 1/2 tons starting with a 2015 and continuing to my present 2023 is that, with rare exception, if it didn't come with it, it didn't come with it, and that's that. Steering wheel audio controls, trailer brake controller, etc. Dealer can sell you the parts, but they can't make them work. Nor does there appear to be much on the aftermarket to help with the programming side.
Which is weird, because I've used Forscan on my stripped Ford trucks to easily enable features it didn't come with, and VCDS on wife's VW's, but unless I've missed it, there's not an equivalent GM aftermarket product.
