Noooo. RWD only in-line 6. Also used in the Lexus GS 300 and in turbocharged form in the mk4 Supra. 

The 6 speed trans is kinda Uber rare. Most of these left are auto 

I’d get the rebuilt title inspection done as is without fixing anything and just drive it while I decided what to put the engine and transmission in

6 speed 2jzge? What was it? 

IS300 silver, salvage title, damage to the drivers rear door and rear fender.

Just checked CList to see if it poped up again found a rusty automatic for sale.

No E36 M3.

I always thought this was like the ideal car.  Too pricey for me and I never could figure out why they had such poor fuel economy.
