I have no idea what it's worth. Seems cheap.
The Titan Mk6 was a really good F.Ford in it's day. Too bad there are no photos of how the chassis was modified to take the transverse bike engine.

That would be eligible for vintage or a good entry level regional car... get yur jollies once a month. Or, rent it out. Can't beat the price.
