Well that just sux. I just got home from N.Y. I have been looking for a Dart to do something stupid with and that pretty much fits the bill.
It's a 4 door '63 Dart with an automatic. Needs a bunch of bodywork. Description doesn't talk about the hard parts but it does mention getting a Slant Six to run off of a remote gas jug which is by far the easiest part of this project to the point that it isn't worth mentioning.

New York state deletes the title on anything this old. You just use the last registration and a bill of sale from that registered owner. Now if the seller is not the last holder of registration, you are berked.
