Looks like it could be a decent driver with some basic mechanical work. From the pictures, no rust at all. Well, other than the exhaust which is rusted beyond redemption. Needs paint to be better than a 20 footer.

Great price. I'd leave it be cosmetically. But the BJ8, while the most valuable of the non special edition big Healeys, it the last one I'd own. Give me a BN2!
Couple photos appear to show BRG paint. Odd. After watching @NOHOME tear one apart I laughed at the "rust free" suggestion.
My dad has been "working on" (mostly storing since it's been about 40 years) a 66 BJ8 that I believe is in similar condition.
