I wonder how the title situation can be solved?

The stacked headlights are awesome. These frames do rust badly, though, and the body is channeled over them so it's a pain in the butt to patch.

A p51 frame swap would be cool to do on the Galaxy.

I've always liked the earlier bodies better. Yet do have a thing for stacked headlights!

Not that many years ago, I wouldn't have even looked at buying a four door... now I prefer one. Great price, but to far for me these days.

Any year Panther chassis would be way cool. 03 up does have some advantages.

i just did my 1989 jag, and got a title and plates no problem

That process only works if the vehicle is on your property and if the previous registered owner doesn't claim it during the process. Vermont is the better way to go.

Mechanics' Lien?  It's a long process involving the DMV  and cops, but it's an option.  I contacted one of those "Title from Vermont, only $800!"  for the 911 in my garage, they said to come back with $4300 and a lawyer.

YMMV.

I started the process in VA back in the '90s. They made it so difficult, that it was cheaper to take it ti the scrap yard!

Being full time in AL now, I'm hoping it's a bit easier. Have a 94 Bike and an 05 also, to try soon.
