Wow... that's a great deal. I wonder if the seller realized they can't put a phone number on a FBMP ad. Their messaging inbox is probably inundated, but since "I'm never on FB..." they are probably wondering why they haven't received any text messages. And we wonder how cars like this end up in junk yards...
I reached out to the guy and he seems motivate to sell..I'm very tempted but I don't have the time or space for it.

For the most part, everything one might need for an 1800 is available, either via reproduction or from breakers. Depending how clean and rust free it actually is, this car could probably be restored for less than it's final value in the current market.
While you would be hard pressed to put it together in any kind of profitable way, from what I can see, that looks like a great foundation for a restoration project.
I would expect that the parts vultures will be all over this with zero hesitation.
